When a call comes, users will get a push notification identifying the user, tapping on which, one page summary about the caller shows up in the app.
All relevant information like emails and attachments exchanged, files from storage services, orders placed, opportunities tracking, support cases filed, etc., are shown in cards in 3-10 seconds.
If we save on average 100 seconds per call, and user takes at least 15 calls a day, we save more than 2 hours per one work week. That is more than 8 hours per month per user.
