After the big impact of Lean Startup on the work of entrepreneurs, we are now entering an era of “Lean Startup 2.0”, in which practitioners and theorists attempt to add depth and rigor to this burgeoning management science. We are now trying to find ways to find practical applications of the concepts. Given the interest amongst lean practitioners on data-driven decision making, analytics is an obvious area for deeper investigation. In their book on the subject, Alistair Croll and Ben Yoskovitz provide one take on what lean analytics could mean. In this talk, Cyril distills some thoughts on the book mixed with her own reflections from her own experiences from her startup.
