Meet Natalia Monteiro– she’s the 25 year old Brazilian founder of zuggi, a search engine for children, who is part of Start-Up Chile’s 2011 group of diverse entrepreneurs. Here, she is featured on the cover of one of Brazil’s most prominent entrepreneurship publications, Pequenas Empresas & Grandes Negócios (Small Companies & Big Business) where she is featured in the “Startups” section, focusing on the Brazilian digital entrepreneurship scene and it’s myriad of young entrepreneurs. Start-Up Chile is similarly featured on the cover, with an article in the magazine with the headline: “The New Silicon Valley (and it’s right next door!).”
zuggi, founded in 2008, has already been launched in Brazil and, now as part of Start-Up Chile Natalia, who has been an active member of Endeavor Brazil, is planning to launch the Spanish version in the beginning of August, utilizing Chile as a platform to reach the Latin American market.
